Our German Angus cattle herd and the extensive pastures in the Schweimker Moor and Lüderbruch nature reserve formed the foundation for BioGut Bauck. Here, we have been practicing species-appropriate livestock farming on 290 hectares with around 60 livestock breeds for over 20 years.
Certified under the EU Organic Regulation since 2004 and a Bioland member since 2010, we practice extensive livestock farming without chemical pesticides. Our animals enjoy constant outdoor access to the fresh air. We share this passion with our visitors and customers every day.

Fantastic and absolutely worth seeing. We were here as a group and took a guided tour followed by a BBQ. The tour was simply fantastic, varied, fun, informative, and simply a must for every visitor. We first saw something about the organic farm on TV on Wednesday. Then we decided to go there on Whitsun Sunday. It was a fantastic day. We first ate a delicious steak and then went on the farm animal safari at 2 p.m. It lasted two hours and was fantastic. The huge variety of different animals was truly remarkable, and so was the amount of work that goes into them. Afterwards, we had coffee and cake. At the end, we bought a few things from the farm shop. It was a truly fantastic day. We'd love to go again. I highly recommend it.

The facility is huge. There are many animals, some of which roam freely or whose enclosures you can enter. The restaurant and farm shop are very inviting, clean, and have fresh flowers on the tables. The food was incredibly delicious and the portions were more than generous. I highly recommend it, even for children. Besides the animals, there's also a playground.
