The best of the heath

Farmer's markets are a living tradition, a source of local enjoyment, and a social gathering place. For Henning Bauck and his team, the region's farmers' markets aren't just an opportunity to market their own produce; they're a way of life! Direct contact with customers, conversations about everything under the sun, and about how to prepare the produce—tips and suggestions are exchanged over the counter, just like sausage, cheese, and meat specialties. The only way to get more direct is to visit the farm shop.

About the sale

Here, it's all about the sausage – no compromises! The animal is our focus – from species-appropriate husbandry to high-quality processing.

We have been certified according to the EU organic regulation since 2004 and a Bioland member since 2010. Our animals are slaughtered under stress-free conditions, and the meat is carefully processed. Optimal aging in special cold rooms ensures that it develops its full flavor and maximum tenderness.

Our sausage and meat specialties are created according to our own recipes, often refined in our own smokehouse. Dairy products such as yogurt, quark, and cream cheese with fresh herbs or sweet variations are also part of our range. Our counters also feature artisanal cheeses and international specialties – perfectly aged for the ultimate in enjoyment.
